bWellness (trading name of bWellness Pty Ltd ACN 095 359 354 (“bWellness”, “we” or “us” or “our”) recognises and values the protection of your personal information. Our commitment is to ensure that all personal information is handled securely and your privacy is protected.

  • those parties who have contracted with us to keep that information confidential (whether or not the party is subject to a statute or a scheme which imposes similar restrictions to the  Privacy Principles contained in the relevant Acts regarding handling of personal information); or

These are small data files which are placed on your computer by web servers when you visit certain websites. bWellness website(s) uses this information to allow us to identify regular visitors and collect information about your usage of our website(s) (eg. your webpage viewing preferences). This enables us to provide a better and more relevant website service to you each time you revisit specific webpages.

If you believe that the personal information that we hold in relation to you is inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete, you may ask us to alter that personal information and we will do so unless we reasonably believe that the personal information is accurate, up to date and complete. If we do not agree to alter that personal information, we will allow you to provide a statement as to why you believe that personal information is inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete and we will keep that statement with your personal information.

  1. Transfer of your personal information overseas

bWellness will only transfer your personal information overseas if the transfer is to a related entity or authorised representatives, or with your express consent, or the transfer is necessary for the provision of contracted products or services to you. We will not send your personal information outside of Australia or New Zealand in any other circumstances. Where we have sent your personal information overseas, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal information is protected by principles consistent with those contained in our privacy policy and the relevant Act.

Due to changing business circumstances or legislative changes, we may need to change our privacy policy from time to time. If we change our privacy policy the changes to the policy will comply with the Act and we will endeavour to ensure that your overall level of privacy protection is not diminished and we will publish those changes on our website. You are encouraged to check our website regularly to consider, and act on, any changes to our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy without notice to you.
